POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Associate plays a key role in supporting core HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience across the organization. This position ensures compliance with employment regulations by maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and supporting the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Associate helps drive talent initiatives by coordinating recruitment logistics, onboarding processes, and learning and development efforts. Additionally, the role contributes to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, supports special Human Resources projects, and helps monitor and improve organizational practices through data collection and analysis. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building strong workplace foundations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties of the position are, but not limited to:

TALENT EXPERIENCE & DEVELOPMENT

  • Support job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics to ensure a positive hiring and new hire experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including first-day scheduling, 30/60/90-day check-ins, orientation materials, and collaboration with IT for equipment setup.
  • Assist in organizing employee training records, assigning learning materials, and supporting SOP rollout and tracking.Help maintain and improve career development resources, including training guides, L&D materials, and internal performance tools.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • A degree at an accredited college/university in the subject of Human Resources or related field (such as Business Administration or Organizational Management, etc.), or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other programs and systems to support administrative duties is desired.
  • Organized, strong discretion, and ethics, as this role will be exposed to matters and data that require maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
