Job Description Responsibilities: Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions Provides new hire orientation Reconciles benefits statements Responds to HR-related queries within PSI Prepares new employee files, and updates employee files on an ongoing basis Assists with processing of terminations Keeps up to date with the current employment laws Maintains confidentiality of employee data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field At least 1 year of experience in HR; industry experience a plus Knowledge of employment laws and general human resources practices Experience in HRIS and database systems is a plus Good understanding of benefits in country/region Additional Information This is a great opportunity for you to further develop your skills, widen your therapeutic area experience, and become an expert in clinical research.
