Tasks and Responsibilities: Post open positions as directed using Savio’s HRIS, school websites and other sites as required to attract qualified candidates, Full responsibility for recruitment, hiring and processing of new employees and interns, Responsible for onboarding of new employees, including background checks, setting up electronic personnel file, setting up Savio equipment for the new hire, Represent Savio at Career Functions/Events as assigned by the HR Manager, Setup and maintain electronic filing of all personnel records, Responsible for off-boarding of all personnel upon their departure from Savio, Conduct orientation presentation and assist new employees in logging into their equipment, Responsible for assisting with the administration of Savio Employee Benefit programs, Respond to employment verifications in a prompt manner.
