Reports to: Business Manager/Superintendent Assignment: 245 days
Job Summary: Supports the administration of district human resources practices and benefit programs to ensure compliance with bargaining contracts, federal, state, and local procedures and reporting, as well as uniformity with district past practice.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management (or related field) or minimum of 4 years Human Resources/Benefits experience preferred. Strong computer, analytical, organizational and communication skills required.
