Reporting to Director of Employee and Labour Relations, the Human Resources Business Manager is responsible for oversight of specific Region(s) for strategic development and management of human resources functions including regional planning, employee performance management and development, employee/ labour relations, privacy, HR program evaluation, occupational health and safety, and policies and procedures to improve the overall effectiveness of the agency. The Human Resources Business Manager works collaboratively with the Directors and Managers to assist their area in providing support to achieve individual and organizational goals ensuring that best practices in human resources management support goal achievement. The Human Resources Business Manager provides full client support ensuring awareness of legislation and regulations and provides advice on how to meet these requirements in their provision of services.
