Serves as partner to business/functional leader(s) providing thoughtful input on business issues and people related actions. Focus on employee relations, employee and manager coaching, talent acquisition, and change management. Responsible for defining and executing required HR solutions. Works with management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to drive actions that deliver results. Supports the organization’s overall business strategy through effective management of human resources by applying company policies and programs.
