Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Karachi (onsite) and work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, performance, and engagement. Responsibilities: Partner with technology leaders to align talent strategy with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Lead workforce planning, skills gap analysis, succession planning, and organizational design for critical roles. Provide HR consulting and support on performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions. Support change management initiatives and capability-building programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Drive the rollout and adoption of HR programs, including performance management, learning, rewards, and recognition. Act as a strategic advisor on talent development, retention, and workforce deployment across technology teams. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in HRBP roles (preferably within the technology sector). Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, and change management. Familiarity with technology workforce trends, skill requirements, and labor market dynamics.
