Responsibilities:

  • Coaching & Development: Partner with managers to elevate leadership capabilities and nurture team growth. Design and deliver engaging training programs that unlock employee potential and elevate skills.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Provide expert guidance on resolving employee concerns, fostering a harmonious work environment, and ensuring positive relationships across the organization.
  • Compliance & Policy Excellence: Oversee and support all disciplinary processes with integrity and consistency, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Safety First: Champion workplace safety by implementing cutting-edge health and safety policies and delivering training that empowers employees to prioritize their well-being.
  • Strategic HR Advisory: Be a trusted advisor to leadership on all things people-related, from performance management to succession planning, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals.
  • Government Programs & Subventions: Research and secure available funding, government programs, and subventions that support company growth and employee development.
  • Change Management & Culture Transformation: Act as a change agent, driving exciting cultural initiatives that propel the organization forward and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with our global HR teams to continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and tools that enhance operational excellence.
  • Tech-Savvy HR Operations: Use Dayforce and other HR tools to streamline processes, ensuring seamless HR operations and delivering exceptional employee experience.
