QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
2+ years of HR experience supporting 100+ employees
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
SHRM-CP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on policies, performance management, and employee relations
Conduct and support investigations, exit interviews, and HR metrics reporting
Respond to employee questions with professionalism and confidentiality
Support back-office functions including HRIS data entry, reporting, and file maintenance
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who is proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
