Your area of focus.
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing people management support, advice, and consultation in collaboration with leaders and Team Members, as well as improving policies and HR processes. This position offers HR expertise to our Corporate Office teams, including all levels of leadership, management, and Team Members, covering topics such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, and performance management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for updating and creating policies, and documenting the processes behind policies for Team Members, management, and People & Culture.
