The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as an internal business partner, delivering comprehensive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions to the functional areas. In this role, you will be a key member of the HR leadership team and provide strategic and tactical human resources support for your assigned field operations location (~450 employees). Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Responsibilities

Serve as an internal business partner providing strategic and tactical HR support for field operations and approximately 450 employees. Responsibilities include managing talent programs, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating leadership development and employee retention.
