The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for partnering with management, salaried and hourly (union population) at the East Longmeadow, MA manufacturing facility.

What you’ll do as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP):

  • Partner with management to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Advise management on people-related matters to foster an engaged, effective workforce.
  • Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract and integrate top talent.
  • Identify and address workforce challenges, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration, and HR system updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll, benefits, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

  • Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
  • Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
  • Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
  • This Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is located on-site in our East Longmeadow, MA facility
