Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), to be based in our Ajax office.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employee and management needs through close working relationships with management and all employee groups. This is an in-office position which will require occasional travel within Ontario.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE:

• Foster and build relationships with key operational leaders by implementing a clear understanding of employee experience programs and initiatives.
• Support Employee experience initiatives under the direction of the Employee Experience Manager along with other projects and day to day support.
