About the role and what you'll be doing: As part of our Culture & People Experience (CPE) team, the Business Partner is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships and being a trusted partner to help to shape our culture, support our business strategies, and identify and develop the talent necessary to deliver results. They will develop, guide, and manage the delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs in Brazil. This includes consulting with business leaders to support workforce planning and build associate engagement, assisting leaders in Brazil based practices, building strong collaborative relationships, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to implement HR processes. This person will act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit by proactively supporting the delivery of end to end HR Processes for employees and managers with our growing workforce in Brazil. Key Areas of Focus for this Role · Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a business partner to leadership, connecting HR strategies to operational and organizational goals. This includes supporting talent management activities, partnering with leaders to resolve performance issues proactively, and workforce planning to ensure appropriate level of staffing. · Associate Relations: Provides guidance on company policies and applicable employment laws for Brazil based associates. Liaison and partner with global HR team to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations for projects that span worldwide workforce. · Local HR Compliance and Governance: As the in house Brazil HR support, oversee and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor, social security, and data protection (LGPD) requirements. Coordinate with external payroll, accounting, and legal providers to ensure accurate filings and timely reporting to eSocial, FGTS Digital, and other authorities. · Third-Party and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g., payroll vendors, benefits administrators, legal and accounting partners), ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance. · Union and Collective Bargaining Relations: Interpret and apply Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), liaise with unions when needed, and ensure consistent implementation of agreed terms. · Employee Engagement and Well-Being: Lead local initiatives to enhance engagement, inclusion, and well-being in line with Ensono’s global culture. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business, Organization Effectiveness, or related field and a minimum of five years’ HR experience partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and complex associate relations issues; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Proven experience supervising payroll, benefits administration, labor relations, and HR compliance (including eSocial). · Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation (CLT). · Experience managing external vendors or BPOs (e.g., payroll, benefits, HRIS). · Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with all levels of the organization. This includes being fluent in English and able to translate Portuguese to English verbally and in writing · Ability to be a HR advisor with knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, engagement, learning/development, total rewards, etc. · Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to facilitate teamwork among employees, as well as with other groups throughout the organization. Capability to build trust within all functional areas of the organization. · Ability to make rapid decisions and pivot quickly, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
