We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with strong operational HR skills and Employee Relations (ER) capabilities to join our growing HR team, based in Silverwater, NSW.
This is a critical business-facing role supporting leaders across the organisation. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best-practice HR delivery while leading and supporting a broad range of ER matters including workplace investigations, strategic support, enterprise bargaining, and policy development.
