MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, HR Development, or related field of study
• SHRM and/or HRCI certification
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices or the ability to gain this knowledge quickly and efficiently
• 6 years of experience or more in an exempt-level HR position
• Frequent travel between Irvine, Los Angeles, San Jose, CA and Phoenix, AZ offices required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• HR experience in a professional services environment
• Knowledge of California Employment Law
  Candidates can reside in Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX, Austin, TX, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX, Little Rock, AR, Oklahoma City, OK or Tulsa, OK.
