Description:

  • Position can be located in Gambrills, MD or Burlington, NC
    **Travel up to 3-5 days per month required between locations.

Responsibilities:

As an HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • HR Initiatives: Lead and facilitate HR programs, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Employee Engagement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement HR solutions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Coaching and Advising: Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
  • Training and Development: Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze HR metrics and data to track key performance indicators and provide insights to inform decision-making.
