The Opportunity: The HRBP, Generalist is responsible for leading recruitment and onboarding strategies, performance management, labor relations, investigations, and professional development. This role ensures effective policy implementation, compliance with legislation and collective agreements, and fosters a fair, equitable, and inclusive work environment. The position serves as a key advisor on matters of employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce development.
