Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (Govcon & International) Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner with a focus on government contracting and international operations. This role requires a proactive professional dedicated to aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities Cultivate strong partnerships across all levels of the organization to ensure HR strategies align with business goals. Engage proactively with stakeholders to integrate HR initiatives into operational plans. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, guiding them through onboarding, promotions, and career development. Promote a positive organizational culture through timely feedback and support. Oversee the implementation of HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience. Deliver high-impact HR services tailored to the evolving needs of employees and managers. Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with local pay equity standards. Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to support career development and performance conversations. Implement region-specific HR programs focused on performance, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Actively contribute to business execution initiatives and communicate program updates to relevant stakeholders. Essential Skills 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in strategic business partnerships within technical environments. Experience in government contracting, specifically in Aerospace or SAT industries. Proven track record in leading complex HR initiatives across global or multi-regional settings. Strong experience in employee relations and performance management for a company size of 3000 employees. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Advanced degrees or professional HR certifications are advantageous. Solid business acumen, especially in technology-driven areas. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across functions and geographies. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships. Experience working in multicultural environments with a deep understanding of cultural nuances. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
