eporting to the General Manager Haircare Group, you'll partner closely with leaders across our Australian and New Zealand operations, supporting approximately 150 employees across the full employee lifecycle.

You'll have the opportunity to influence, coach and challenge leaders, providing practical and commercially focused P&C advice while helping create an engaging, high-performing and rewarding workplace.

You'll work with a good level of autonomy and will play an active role in delivering our P&C strategy and broader business priorities.
