Human Resources Business Partner   We are looking for a full-time, experienced and self-motivated HR Business Partner  to join our HR Team to provide strategic and operational support, guidance and collaboration to all Departments in the assigned location to recruit, retain and motivate the right talent with the right skills to create the right culture. For more information, please visit https://www.hamptonproducts.com/ [https://www.hamptonproducts.com/].                                      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   * Partner with leaders and associates in all departments to provide strategic and operational support, guidance, and collaboration to recruit, retain and motivate the right talent with the right skills to create the right ONE Team culture.  * Champion company values and promote a culture of collaboration, respect, and diversity within the assigned location. * Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with business leaders, and individual contributors across all assigned functional areas. * Collaborate with all leaders to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives through metrics, trends, and analytics. * Head the Safety efforts in the assigned location with permanent focus on Zero Injuries and Zero Loss Time, including but not limited to heading the local Committee and Safety Huddle, as well as Safety campaigns design and execution, trend analyses, etc. * Collaborate with HR department members to design and execute core cyclical programs, such as goal setting, performance evaluations, compensation design and planning, talent assessment, succession planning, wellness programs, annual enrollment, organizational development and training, workforce planning, engagement, recognition programs, etc. * Collaborate with HR department members, and external service providers to design and implement annual benefits strategy for the organization, execute including open enrollment, and individual issues throughout the year. * Champion the company’s efforts to support diversity, and tolerance in the workplace, using tools such as awareness, training, etc.  * Design and execute workforce and talent strategy to attract the right people in a competitive market and drives enterprise productivity, in partnership with designated areas and staffing partners. * Implement and execute onboarding strategies and plans for successful assimilation of new hires. * Drive employee engagement efforts through execution of employee feedback surveys, analysis of results and development of action plans. Create local HR Events Calendar for assigned areas and executes accordingly. * Address associates’ concerns with open communication techniques and in a timely and courteous manner. * Collaborate with leaders to proactively handle employment relations issues swiftly, escalate, as appropriate. * Collaborate with leaders to keep job descriptions and other records up to date. Complete personnel paperwork to facilitate accurate and timely transaction processes.  * Maintain strong knowledge of HR trends and best practices, policies, and procedures as well as federal, state/ local laws. * Manage workers’ compensation, disability, leave of absence, unemployment, and other state sponsored and/or required programs for assigned areas. * Maintain payroll processing skills up to date, as may function as a backup on as needed basis. * Participate in cyclical internal HR audits, suggest, and implement corrective actions as needed.   The successful candidate will have the following: * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and no less than five (5) years of progressive generalist HR experience. * Strong manufacturing/distribution center experience in consumer goods industry required. * Proven ability to lead by example. * Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification, required.  * Strong business acumen and outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills. * Strong attention to detail, and solid project management experience. * Strong ability to influence others without having direct authority over them. * Solid understanding of ADP Workforce Now.    Don’t let this job get away. Many feel that Hampton Products is a special place to work, and our core values are the primary reasons for that feeling.
