Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organization across multiple sites. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, foster engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. This role requires demonstrated experience influencing change in both onsite and remote environments, with the flexibility to travel as business needs require. This role will report to the Director of Human Resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • PHR certification preferred (SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus).
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a Business Partner or in a generalist capacity with multi-site responsibility.
  • Experience working effectively with remote teams and influencing organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites in OH as needed (up to [XX]% of the time). Main work site is Cleveland, but will need to travel to sites in Columbus, Dayton, and Mansfield.?
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive consistency and alignment of HR practices across all sites.
