HR BUSINESS PARTNER – AB WORLD FOODS HR ‘TEAM OF JOY!’

Location: Maidenhead 3 days a week and 2 days from home
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £7,000 car allowance, Bupa Health cover generous life assurance, 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + purchase 2 days holiday and contributory pension

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you’ll play a vital role in coaching, advising, supporting, and partnering with managers on all aspects of our people experience. From resourcing and talent management to wellbeing and inspiring comms, you’ll help to foster a positive and engaging work environment where our Winning Ways are role modelled every day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and is eager to make a genuine, positive impact on both people and business outcomes. You will also be mentoring/coaching a direct report.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Strategic Input: Act as a trusted advisor and ‘critical friend’ to commercial teams, bringing business acumen and curiosity to shape future strategy and align people initiatives/interventions.
  • Partnering & Coaching: Advise and support managers across the full employee life cycle, including resourcing, personal and team development, succession planning, employee relations and reward.
  • Talent Management: Lead our People Review process for your business area, championing meaningful career conversations, personal development plans, and talent pipelines.
  • Inclusive Recruitment & Onboarding: Design appropriate attraction and recruitment activities, with a focus on ensuring diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • HR Systems & Data: Make full use of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate and compliant data management, reporting and payroll processes.
  • Learning & Development: Shape the design and delivery of engaging training programmes, including High Performing Teams workshops and functional skills development.
  • Collaborative Projects: Get involved in HR project work and help deliver our annual ‘HR Strategy into Reality’ plan.
