Description

Ensure proper support in all steps of the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination Provide support and smooth management of the global HR processes such as performance evaluation and compensation/promotion, fostering a two-way communication with management and functional HR Coverage colleagues Manage employee relations issues, including partnering with Employee Relations and/or Employment Law Advise clients on the resolution of employee relations and performance management issues, provide coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution Partner with multiple HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compensation, and Reporting, HR Operations and other Coverage teams on various initiatives. Manage and coordinate international transfers into and out of Canada At least 6 years of experience as a HR Generalist and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or equivalent.
