HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a people-focused HR Business Partner to support our General Manager and manufacturing operations at our Kent, Washington and New Brighton, MN facilities. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, champion Associates, and collaborate across HR functions and centers of excellence. You’ll help drive operational excellence by aligning people strategies with business goals and fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and performance.

WHO YOU ARE & THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of contemporary HR principles, practices, and processes
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Expertise in leadership principles and associate relations
• Skilled in problem analysis, resolution, and negotiation
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and build trust with Associates and leaders
• Proven ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex Associate issues
