Description

Bachelor’s degree in related area of study with focus on Human Resources Management
3+ years of progressive HR experience
CHRP or in progress is preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing and/or union environment is preferred
Thorough knowledge and understanding of local laws and regulations concerning employment standards, human rights, and health and safety.
Proven experience in leading HR projects and initiatives.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, coaching and influencing abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
