Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Benefits Administration * Administer employee benefit programs including Food Vouchers, Marriage Gifts, Insurance, and Long Service Awards. * Ensure timely monthly loading of food vouchers for eligible employees. * Handle and resolve employee queries related to benefits. * Support seamless insurance renewals and documentation management. 2. End-to-End HR Operations Administration * Manage complete HR operational processes from onboarding to exit. * Ensure timely execution of joining formalities, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and separations. * Oversee leave, attendance, and employee records management. * Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 3. Data Governance & Compliance * Maintain HR master data accuracy and governance standards. * Conduct periodic data audits and validations. * Support internal and external audits with required documentation. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 4. Employee Engagement & Recognition * Manage the Long Service Award program including data validation and coordination. * Support engagement and recognition initiatives across the organization. 5. Payroll Administration & Data Management * Collate, validate, and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs within defined timelines. * Maintain payroll trackers, reconciliation sheets, and audit documentation. * Coordinate with payroll vendors for clarifications, reconciliations, and statutory submissions. * Ensure accuracy of statutory inputs (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax declarations, etc.). * Manage full & final settlement documentation and payroll validation. 6. HR Systems & Process Optimization * Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data. * Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow enhancements. * Drive standardization and continuous improvement in HR operations. * Support digital HR initiatives and system upgrades. Key Deliverables * Accurate and timely payroll processing inputs * Fully compliant and audit-ready HR documentation * Seamless lifecycle and benefits administration * High HRIS data accuracy and governance standards * Standardized and optimized HR operational processes Educational Qualification * Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline * MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred Experience * 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations * Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, benefits administration, and HR systems * Advanced MS Excel skills (data validation, pivot tables, reconciliation)     The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.  OUR CORE PRINCIPALS:  Safety.  Integrity.  Respect.  Teamwork.  Diversity & Inclusion.
