This role requires an experienced professional who can seamlessly integrate HCM solutions into HR workflows, aligning technology with organizational goals to enhance workforce management and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure the HCM system meets the evolving needs of the organization. Advanced expertise in data management, reporting, metrics, insights, system analysis, and troubleshooting is required. The candidate should also be skilled in creating and interpreting HR metrics and analytics to guide workforce strategy and decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to translate business requirements into technical terms and ensure shared outcomes.
