Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an HR business partner, you’ll collaborate with employees and managers in the Industrial Flow Division, especially those without dedicated HR resources. Support the HR Vice President in global projects and implement strategic activities while providing quality HR services.

You will:

  • Assist HR activities for the Industrial Flow Division, including all Hire2Retire processes.
  • Help the Vice President of People & Culture with integrations, M&A, and due diligence.
  • Support global strategic initiatives and be the first contact for specific Customer Centers and Product Companies.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners on Compensation & Benefits, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development in Power Technique Business Area.
  • Coordinate cyclical processes like Performance Management, Talent Review, Code of Conduct, Salary Review, and Employee Survey. Ensure high-quality HR services and collaborate with executives to foster an employee-centric culture focused on quality and performance.
  • Develop strategies for recruitment, succession planning, organizational design, and graduate program optimization. Maintain data accuracy and actively participate in new global systems like HR Link and Learning:Link.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines while enhancing HR processes and project management for efficient digital processes.

  • Graduate HR qualification or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in international companies, primarily in a generalist role, ideally in production or sales organisations.
  • Ability to understand and use HR systems, including payroll systems.
  • Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently while knowing when to seek support.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who builds support from non-direct reports to achieve goals
