KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Management, Law or related fields (desirable).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
  • Ability to independently lead HR strategy and operations within your designated portfolio, driving meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of employment law and industrial relations practices.
  • Skilled in building strategic relationships, navigating challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable to business growth and change, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • A hands-on, practical mindset, with a passion for creating a thriving workplace culture.
Responsibilities

As a true generalist Human Resources (HR) Business Partner, you will be a key member of our collaborative and inclusive People & Culture team. You will oversee a dedicated portfolio, providing expert HR support and strategic guidance. In this role, you will empower people leaders by coaching them on grievance management, complaints and disciplinary matters, ensuring every situation is handled with fairness, confidentiality and care. You will also drive impactful HR initiatives that align with our business goals, working closely with leadership to implement best-practice solutions that enhance engagement, growth and success across the organisation.
