ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a key advisory role where you’ll provide expert coaching and guidance to senior leaders and staff across a range of workforce and employment matters.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level advice on complex employment matters, including award interpretation, policy application, and workforce planning.
  • Playing a central role in supporting the development of a positive workplace culture, embedding best-practice HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with legislation, industrial instruments and policy.
  • Building strong relationships with operational leaders to support effective people management and organisational performance.
  • Support change management and strategic HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement through workforce analytics, trend analysis, and targeted capability development.
