Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This critical role will directly support our global teams in EMEA, APAC and NA regions, partnering with key stakeholders to address people-related challenges, resolve opportunities, and deliver a world-class employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor and expert in designing, implementing, and managing People initiatives while overseeing the daily operations of People programs and Facilities management. You will have one direct report in Facilities Management, and together, you will collaborate to ensure the successful oversight of EMEA and APAC facilities management operations.
As a key collaborator, you will work closely with business line leaders and employees, building scalable processes to support our growth. You’ll also play a vital role in shaping our global People strategy by aligning local operations with our US-based parent company, creating a cohesive and effective structure across all regions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as the sole HR employee in these regions supported by our US headquartered Company. This role is not limited to International only, and there will be projects and tasks assigned to support US operations, and/or the HR Organization and People Initiatives as a whole.
This role is required to be Hybrid in our London office a minimum of 2 days per week. This role will require infrequent travel.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Partner with EMEA, APAC, and NA leaders to address people-related opportunities and challenges.
- Partner with the wider People team (Total Rewards, People Ops & Technology, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Experience) develop, execute, and scale on the overall People team strategy and goals.
- Serve as a frontline consultant to managers and employees, providing comprehensive People advice on policies, processes, and employee relations.
- Support and/or lead initiatives across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Manage complex, specialized, or sensitive employee issues including, but not limited to: leave of absences, investigations, disciplinary meetings, performance plans, grievances, reasonable accommodation requests, terminations etc. and ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws.
- Collaborate with the US-based parent company to align global People programs. Develop and deliver People programs and processes aligned with global best practices while ensuring seamless adoption of global policies while respecting cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regional programs are in compliance and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory change, new technologies and partner with People team leadership and executives to identify opportunities and drive appropriate solutions.
- Oversee and assist in managing the EMEA and APAC physical offices ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain office operations and manage resources effectively.
- Oversee and manage the EMEA Social Event and Meal budget to curate an engaging culture while remaining fiscally responsible. Oversee and assist with social event planning in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.
- Act as an exemplary role model for the team and the wider organization, lead from the front and lead by example with impeccable standards and high levels of integrity.
