Lynx RH is looking for an HRBP Associate Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry. If you are passionate about developing human capital, driving change, and fostering strong workplace relationships, this role is for you.

• Act as an active member of the management committee and contribute to the development of the company’s human capital.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies, programs, and personal development plans.
• Develop and implement HR programs related to talent management, performance, skills development, and recognition.
• Serve as a change agent within the organization.
• Manage the full staffing process for both office and plant positions: posting, interviewing, onboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
• Maintain positive labor relations with the union while ensuring compliance with and interpretation of the collective agreement.
• Keep employees and managers informed about HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and employment regulations.
