Job Description About the Role Reporting to the HR Director, this role will be responsible for delivering core HR services across key areas, including HR data, rewards, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the HR Business Partner will demonstrate strong curiosity and an analytical mindset, using insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve people practices. This role is central to fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that our HR strategies are aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals How You’ll Make an Impact You will be assigned your own portfolio of stakeholders and will partner with them effectively to achieve company, HR, and employee best outcomes. HR Projects & Data Lead and contribute to key HR initiatives as required. Support the HR Director with the implementation of the People and Culture strategy Compensation & Reward Support the HR Director in managing the annual reward cycle, including promotions, bonus payments and salary reviews. Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure the delivery of a competitive reward offering. Performance Management Lead the performance appraisal cycle, holding coaching sessions with managers and ensuring the process aligns with the organisation’s goals and values. Advise and support managers with performance-related matters, ensuring that a customer-focused approach is at the heart of everything we do. Talent Management Partner with senior leaders to identify high-potential talent and succession opportunities. Coach and empower managers to create tailored development plans for their team members. Contribute to effective workforce planning to support long-term organisational success. Employee Relations Foster a positive working environment by providing expert guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Manage ER cases—including absenteeism, grievances, and disciplinary matters—with professionalism, discretion, and in alignment with company policies and best practice standards Policy Implementation: Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and internal procedures Work with relevant stakeholders to design and enhance HR policies and procedures that drive a high-performance culture and align with regulatory requirements and company values. Qualifications Expertise & Experience Required Proven experience in HR generalist and HR business partnering. (Min 5 years). Must have Irish Employment Law and employee relations experience. Strong working knowledge of employee relations practices, employment law, and case management principles. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Track record of working closely with senior leaders and coaching managers at all levels Skilled in managing the full performance management cycle, including coaching managers and aligning goals to business objectives. Familiarity with compensation and reward frameworks, including pay review cycles, bonuses, data management within Excel, and third-party vendor management. Ability to translate HR data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Previous experience in a regulated, financial services industry is desirable. Relevant third level qualification (Business, HR) is desirable, including CIPD membership.
