About the Role Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make a real impact? At Crown Australia, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this generalist role, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a selected group of Branches. Working closely with Branch Managers and supported by the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the HR function across your designated branches. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established portfolio where you can contribute immediately while also driving meaningful HR initiatives that enhance performance, capability and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that align with business goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment and develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance and workforce planning. Participate in and support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. About You: Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills. A passion for people, culture and making work a better and more positive environment. A proactive approach to solving problems and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence to coach, challenge and collaborate with leaders at all levels of business. What sets us apart?
