Description MetroNational is seeking a relationship-driven HR Business Partner to support our Security Team and serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. This role is the primary HR point of contact, partnering across the full employee lifecycle to align people strategies with business objectives. Requirements What You’ll Do Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team development Serve as the primary HR contact for Security team members Support onboarding and offboarding processes Provide guidance on policies, compliance, and workplace concerns Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations matters Drive employee engagement initiatives (recognition, communications, feedback) Support HR programs such as performance reviews and talent processes Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making Identify opportunities to improve engagement, morale, and team effectiveness Promote a collaborative, high-trust culture aligned with company values What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Discretion handling sensitive/confidential information Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to support employee and business needs outside standard hours when needed #LI-HW1
