POSITION OVERVIEW

Mycronic’s Global Technologies (GT) division is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Supporting Mycronic’s business operations and Human Resource function, this role manages a diverse set of daily people-centric responsibilities.
This role involves partnering with leaders and employees in multiple European countries, specifically Germany and France, to support critical areas such as talent acquisition and employee onboarding, as well as managing confidential people data and implementing various employee centric programs. The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience within these key domains. This position is the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, necessitating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the Human Resources Business Partner will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and actively contribute to a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Business Partner is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five-plus years of Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of EU, German, and French labour laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Solutions-oriented, forward-thinking professional with demonstrated strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exemplifies a high sense of urgency and focus on employee experience
  • Desire to learn, flexibility to grow with the position and adapt to changes
  • Experience delivering against ambitious targets, in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
