Location: Harmony Row, Dublin 2. Onsite 5 days a week.

SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR / People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This role is critical in driving people strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering experience, a proven track record in implementing HR strategies, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. There will also be a level of administrative duties at first so the ideal candidate will be happy to roll their sleeves up.

EDUCATION:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent); additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or business partnering role.
  • Proven experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law compliance.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR programs at scale.

SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and support their business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with business needs.
