Job Title: HR / People and Culture Business Partner
Location: Harmony Row, Dublin 2. Onsite 5 days a week.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR / People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This role is critical in driving people strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering experience, a proven track record in implementing HR strategies, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. There will also be a level of administrative duties at first so the ideal candidate will be happy to roll their sleeves up.
EDUCATION:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent); additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or business partnering role.
- Proven experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law compliance.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR programs at scale.
SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and support their business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with business needs.
