REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required: Human Resources OR Bachelor’s Degree Required: Business Administration OR other relevant discipline
• Preferred : SHRM Certified Professional
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, federal and state laws with a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. (Required)
  Knowledge of employee & labor relations. (Required)
  Mediation and conflict resolutions skills (Required)
  Investigation skills (Required)
  Knowledge of organizational and team dynamics and methods to support continued improvement in these areas (Required)
  Ability to develop and present concise information. (Required)
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
  Understanding of operations within the healthcare industry. (Required)
