A growing manufacturer in the South Bay area is seeking a Senior HR Generalist / Human Resources Business Partner to support its continued growth.

DESCRIPTION

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

• Managing thecompensation spectrum
• Overseeing employee relations and leave of absence management
• Handling HRIS reporting
• Ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws
• Supporting performance management processes
• Advising on HR-related matters aligned with business goals

This position plays a key role in driving HR strategy and supporting organizational objectives.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and general HR functions
• Proven experience in employee relations and employment law compliance
• Background in performance management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• No relocation or sponsorship available

  Pay: $72,619.58 - $85,000.00 per year
