Job Description – Human Resources Business Partner Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) builds strong partnerships with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business needs. This role provides coaching, guidance, and data-driven insights to support performance, culture, workforce planning, and employee relations. Responsibilities * Partner with leaders to support business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.  * Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.  * Conduct regular check-ins with business units to assess needs and engagement.  * Interpret and apply employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.  * Coach leaders on performance management, development, and team effectiveness.  * Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.  * Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions.  * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and selection.  * Partner with Compensation & Benefits on job evaluations, offers, and equity reviews.  * Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development.  * Support organizational changes and communication planning.  * Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.
