Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the delivery of business strategies through effective people management, organizational change, and employee engagement. The role facilitates transformation, ensures alignment with company culture, and drives workforce effectiveness at the divisional level. Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc Organization & Employee Experience Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions aligned with business and operating model changes. Promote a culture of belonging and engagement within assigned divisions. Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure a positive employee experience. Strategic Workforce Planning Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement annual workforce plans. Monitor manpower planning and support buy-build-borrow strategies. Assist in executing people’s strategies at the divisional level. Workforce Development Advice on capability and career development for critical roles and identified talents. Support the implementation of coaching and development programs. Coordinate with OD and L&D teams to enhance leadership and management capabilities. Employee Relations Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with employment law and best practices. Address employee relations issues and support resolution processes. Remuneration & Rewards Work with the Rewards team to ensure total rewards mechanisms support business needs. Collaboration & Teamwork Foster strong collaboration between HRBP, Talent, Rewards, and other HR functions to avoid bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
