With direct reporting line to the Korea, Taiwan and Mongolia Cluster HR Director, the Human Resources Business Partner in Taiwan is responsible to support the end-to-end people strategy in consultation with the Cluster HR Director and Taiwan Management team. As the Junior Human Resources Business Partner, you will: • With the collaboration with Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Taiwan • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Taiwan local BVP (Business Vice President) and management team, this position will understands the core business priorities, turning them into practical HR interventions, and ensuring that people managing are executed effectively. • As a key HR interface, it actively supports leaders related to employee queries and employment issues, and works with managers to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR issues, including people management. • Provide HR expertise and partner with functional HR Solutions (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning) and HR Service teams in various areas such as succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, employee learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc. • Challenge the status quo, guide key stakeholders through periods of change & business growth and drive organization toward higher performance by recommending and influencing at both the strategic and operational level. • Communicate HR initiatives and serve as a liaison between client group, functional HR Solutions and HR Services teams regarding service delivery. • Align HR practices and policies with East Asia (EA) Zone HR and Corporate HR where applicable. Qualification: • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline • 3 to 5 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in MNC environment. • Highly collaborative with strong communication, influencing skills as well as stakeholder management. • Ability to navigate and deliver results in a highly matrixed environment. • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work with all levels of management and employees. • Strong communication skills in English& Chinese – both written and verbal. • For an experienced candidate, Knowledge and experience in Talent Management (attraction and retention), Employee Engagement, Organizational Development & Design, and learning & Development. • Preferably understanding of Taiwan Labor Law. • Preferably international experience and exposure
