SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources / Business Partner role
  • Experience working in a similar retail environment
  • Degree / Qualification in Human Resources is preferred
  • Experience coaching people to deliver feedback, proven ability in dispute resolution and proactive on finding the best solutions for people
  • Confidence in local and industry legislations and ability to inspect any changes that may impact COG’s people strategy
  • Ability to use your judgement to make impactful decisions that will inspire a positive outcome
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful work relationships that best support our people
