Description

Are you passionate about people and organisational excellence? Bentley Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Cobourg manufacturing client on a full-time temporary basis until the end of September. Reporting to the HRBP Sr Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting, training, employee relations, compliance, and more.
Start date: As soon as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors, Dayforce).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • HR designation is considered an asset.
