JOB SUMMARY

As a strategic advisor and collaborative partner, the Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning People Operations strategies with business objectives while also owning and executing full-cycle recruitment. This role offers the unique opportunity to build strong relationships with leadership, drive impactful people initiatives, and attract top talent to fuel UNICO’s growth. RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across various departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to attract top candidates.
  • Build and maintain internship program
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Develop recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and report outcomes.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally as a business partner or generalist

SKILLS | ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, compensation, employment law, and organizational development
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS and data tools
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
