Job Summary
Our Human Resources Business Partners provide valuable strategic support through shared objectives and accountabilities with our clients within the Vancouver Flight Information Region (FIR).
We are looking for an HR thought leader who has strength in labour relations. You will develop and maintain close relationships with all key stakeholders including bargaining agents and actively participate in union consultations as required.
As a successful candidate, you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, have a passion for building and refining processes and practices, are strong in influencing and mentoring others and can build strong relationships with leaders and bargaining agents.
