We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing expert guidance on HR practices and initiatives that align with our business goals. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational change.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems.
  • CHRP/CHRL designation (or in progress) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and present information clearly.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR initiatives.
  • Strong interviewing techniques and HR sourcing capabilities.
  • Business acumen and credible business presence.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between
  • employees and insurance carriers
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and enhance workplace harmony.
  • Implement change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data collection and analysis .

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Lead program management efforts for various HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on HR topics to management and staff.
