PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar preferred
  • 3-8 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Adept at managing human resources & employee engagement plans.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Sr. HR Generalist or HRBP role.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred.
  • Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certification preferred.
  • Strong Time Management, Problem Solving & Honesty/Integrity.
  • Adapt & Detail Orientated.
