Job Description In this highly collaborative role, you will join our Dublin HR team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), providing comprehensive, professional support to our Dublin-based teams as well as managers across our global locations. You will: Provide comprehensive and scalable HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring through development, engagement, and retention and offboarding. Understand our business needs, helping to develop and implement impactful HR strategies, programs and policies Provide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to our business leaders and managers, with a focus on employee relations, growth and development, change management and organizational effectiveness Identify people trends and provide data-driven insights whilst collaborating with key stakeholders across different locations to design and implement solutions Actively part of all stages of the recruitment process for designated teams, ensuring strategic alignment by understanding business needs and helping to develop impactful Recruitment processes, funnel and strategies. Promote Wix values and culture throughout the employee journey Qualifications 3+ years of HRBP/HR Manager experience In-depth working knowledge of Irish employment law and extensive experience in employee relations Successful track record of positively influencing teams and leadership at various levels Amazing listener and communicator with strong relationship-building skills Flexible and able to navigate ambiguity effectively in a constantly changing environment Can effectively leverage data and insights and have experience using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in tasks like content creation, data analysis, and reporting.
